This class will showcase a three course menu featuring fresh and delicious recipes to help you liven up your summer grilling routine. The class will also cover grilling basics, such as lighting briquettes, charcoal zone placement and charcoal maintenance. Each guest will take home a copy of the recipes demonstrated in class as well as a mason jar of freshly made cumin lime marinade.
Please note that due to licensing, alcohol will not be allowed on the premises.
Summer Mushroom Flatbread- assorted sautéed mushrooms, goat cheese, local honey, chili flake, lime, fresh herbs
Garlic Sriracha Corn
Grilled Sweet Potatoes- herbed yogurt dip
Cumin Lime Marinated Chicken
Brown Sugar Stuffed Peaches- black pepper struesel

Refunds for cancellations are available up to 3 days prior to the start of class. Within 72 hours of class, only partial refunds will be available.
